THIS IS LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO THE 1 BEDROOM TRAILS END #406 WE OWN. IT IS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES OR FRIENDS THAT WANT TO TRAVEL TOGETHER BUT MAY WANT SEPARATE ACCOMMODATIONS. THEY ARE BOTH LOCATED AT THE END OF THE HALL AND VERY PRIVATE, AWAY FROM THE GENERAL TRAFFIC.

Peak 9 usually closes Quick Silver Lift mid April 2024 After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 7/8 remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (date subject to ski conditions).
The hot tub/lobby area will undergo renovation late spring/summer 2025. Although we are not on the side of the renovations there will be potential for noise and activity during the day. During this period we are extending a 15% discount on all bookings which will already be reflected in the rate shown. Guests will still have access to hot tubs and heated outdoor pool across the street at the Upper Village Pool complex.
LOCATION:
One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne Ski Run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St. The Ski School (both adults and kids) are located next door at the Village at Breckenridge and Daycare is provided at Beaver Run Resort a minute up the street. All so convenient.

** Designated Private Parking Spot ** in the underground heated garage. It will stay Safe, Secure and Snowless!Just completely renovated and upgraded! All new beautiful furniture, beddings, TVs and bathroom. Ski/Snowboard storage is located downstairs in the lobby and a beautiful slate coat rack awaits as you enter the condo. 575 sq ft.
Living Room: Elegant alder wood crown molding surround the main room with a sliding door opening up to a large balcony overlooking Peaks 8, 7 & 6 and up north toward town and Frisco from the 4th floor. New sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress out look over to a gorgeous stone electric fireplace with LED lighting, 46' flatscreen TV and the mountains outside. Enjoy various games, books and puzzles located in the uniquely designed TV stand. A round table with 2 dining chairs plus 3 barstools along the counter provide plenty of eating and seating space.
Kitchen: Granite countertops and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you will need should you decide to stay in and cook. All the basics like stainless steel appliances, Bosch dishwasher, fridge and freezer along with a crock pot, coffee maker, blender, pots/pans and wine glasses.
Bedroom: One of the few units in Trails End with a KING size bed! Anti allergenic MEMORY FOAM mattress. Enjoy watching TV from your bed on the 30 inch wall mounted flat screen TV. Another sliding door also opens up to the large balcony where you can enjoy superb views of the mountains while lying in bed!
Bathroom: Granite counter tops, custom espresso cabinetry and decorative tiles. Brushed nickel Moen fixtures in this shower and bath combo. Hairdryer.

HOT TUBS/SAUNA/POOL. After the 2025 renovation there will be an oversized outdoor hot tub and sauna Guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the Upper Village Pool Complex across the street with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area. Subject to Spring/Fall Closures for maintenance
There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (additional towels, help if you are locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. The management company we use just requests you request amenities with advance notice during business hours so they have time to deliver them to you. A midweek clean is required once a week if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84/clean. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.
We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle service and the local grocery store to receive discounts and will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

But overall, it was perfect for 2! In addition, Tanya (the host) was extremely attentive and a pleasure to work with. We will be back!
