HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything needed (maintenance, emergencies, etc) the management company we use will provide those services to you and are available 24/7. A midweek clean is required every 7 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84 so please take this into the price consideration as it will be added once booked. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for purchase. Please let us know ahead of time.

Our guests will receive a Guest Welcome Book link with information about the condo, town and mountains. We have also partnered with several local companies for discounts.

Cancellations/Refunds:

No shows, late arrivals and early departures are charged the full amount for the reserved stay. All requests for cancellations and changes to reservations must be made in writing. Travel Insurance will protect you so please consider purchasing.

SEASONAL UPDATES: (Dates subject to change)

Peak 9 usually closes Quick Silver Lift mid April. After this date we will not be a ski in/out property however the remainder of the ski season Peak 6/7/8 usually remain open and will be accessible via free local bus or gondola. Quick Silver lift will reopen the week of Thanksgiving (dates subject to ski conditions).

The condo is absolutely beautiful, the bed is SO comfy, and the view from the balcony gives you a taste of Breck’s lovely mountains. Main street is only a 5 minute walk from the complex so if you love brunch and mimosas or simply exploring, just ditch your car and go for a walk around town. 9/19/20: This was a great stay for us. It was close walking distance to everything downtown, as well as very cozy, nice, and stylish. The bathroom is spotless, shower was hot and great, and the bed was very comfy. The kitchen also was very nice. Check in is done at a different location than the unit. Check out was a bit early at 10am, but for covid times, it makes sense since they need to clean it appropriately. We would stay here again for sure! Anna C. (New Orleans, LA).

7/12/20: My wife and I had a fantastic stay in this unit. Updated, clean and walking distance to both the town and the mountain. The ski runs and Quick Silver chairlift were directly behind the unit....in the summer it was perfect access for hiking but I'm sure in the winter it would be extremely convenient. 2/18/20: “My 19 year old son and I just concluded a father-son ski trip to Breckenridge. The snow conditions and weather were phenomenal. But what really made the trip perfect was the wonderful condo that we stayed at. It was Trails End unit #406.  This condo was recently renovated and had all of the features one would want, including flat screen TVs in both rooms, great WiFi, modern kitchen, great fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain. The Trail Ends complex is ski in ski out and only 100 feet or so from the Peak 9 main lift. It's also a short walk to the Village area at the base of Peak 9 as well as town. There is nice outdoor hot tub as well as indoor spa facilities. Overall, I highly recommend this unit to both individuals and families. “ ~ Jacob F. NY, New York.
