THIS IS LOCATED NEXT DOOR TO THE 1 BEDROOM TRAILS END #408 WE OWN. IT IS PERFECT FOR FAMILIES OR FRIENDS THAT WANT TO TRAVEL TOGETHER BUT MAY WANT SEPARATE ACCOMMODATIONS. THEY ARE BOTH LOCATED AT THE END OF THE HALL AND VERY PRIVATE, AWAY FROM THE GENERAL TRAFFIC.

LOCATION:

One of the most sought after ski in/ski out locations in Breckenridge. Step outside your back door and you are right on the Silverthorne Ski Run and the 6 person Quick Silver chairlift. Less than a 5 minute walk to town and Main St. 
The Ski School (both adults and kids) & the Children's Nursery are located next door at the Village at Breckenridge. So convenient.

You will enjoy all the comforts of home in this fourth floor, one bedroom, 560 square foot unit which features a new remodel throughout emphasizing the kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel, state of the art appliances. The gourmet, wood cabinet kitchen is fully equipped with all glassware, dishware and cooking utensils you will need to make, and serve, your favorite home-cooked dish. Enjoy your meal in the comfort of your own unit at the granite countertop bar with seating for two or the high-top dining table with seating for two.

The new plush couch and cozy side chair are sure to provide the relaxation you deserve on vacation. Whether watching a movie on the 42" flat screen TV or reading your vacation book, the warmth from the floor-to-ceiling, rock, gas fireplace will make you feel right at home. On the warm days and exquisite summer months, relax on your private deck and take in the unique mountain views.

The bedroom is beautifully furnished offering a Queen bed encased in comfortable, velvet corduroy bedding, a 32" flat screen TV and has access to the unit's private deck. Between the bedroom and the Queen sofa sleeper provided, the unit can accommodate four people. After a long day playing outdoors, enjoy a hot shower or relaxing bath.

The Trails End Condominiums offer more than just a supreme location, steps from the Peak 9 base, and within walking distance to town, steps to dining, shopping and all that Breckenridge has to offer. There are other amenities offered by the Trails End Complex building such as free Wi-Fi (Download Speed 128 Mbps, Upload 6 Mbps), indoor and outdoor hot tubs, a sauna, elevator access to all six floors, on-site laundry facilities and ground floor ski storage.

Pools/Hot Tubs:

Guests can also enjoy seasonal access to the nearby Upper Village Pool Complex with an indoor and outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a relaxing sun tanning area.

Please note: The Peak 9 chairlift outside our condo typically opens (weather/conditions permitting) the week of Thanksgiving. Peak 8 typically opens the second week in November (11/14). Peak 8 is accessible by the town’s free shuttles and the gondola. Peak 9 chairlifts typically close mid- April. Peaks 7 & 8 are still accessible via the towns free shuttle or gondola but at this point we are not ski in/ski out.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping but if there is anything you need (additional towels, help if you are locked out, etc) they will provide those services to you. The management company we use just requests you request amenities with advance notice during business hours so they have time to deliver them to you. A midweek clean is required every 5 days if staying over 7 days at a charge of $84. If staying less than 7 days and want a midweek clean it is available for $84. Please let us know ahead of time.

We have partnered with Summit Express Shuttle service and the local grocery store to receive discounts and will receive information in the Booking Packet that is emailed.

The condo is absolutely beautiful, the bed is SO comfy, and the view from the balcony gives you a taste of Breck’s lovely mountains. 9/19/20: This was a great stay for us. It was close walking distance to everything downtown, as well as very cozy, nice, and stylish. The bathroom is spotless, shower was hot and great, and the bed was very comfy. The kitchen also was very nice. Check in is done at a different location than the unit. Check out was a bit early at 10am, but for covid times, it makes sense since they need to clean it appropriately. We would stay here again for sure! Anna C. (New Orleans, LA).

7/12/20: My wife and I had a fantastic stay in this unit. Updated, clean and walking distance to both the town and the mountain. The ski runs and Quick Silver chairlift were directly behind the unit....in the summer it was perfect access for hiking but I'm sure in the winter it would be extremely convenient. 2/18/20: “My 19 year old son and I just concluded a father-son ski trip to Breckenridge. The snow conditions and weather were phenomenal. But what really made the trip perfect was the wonderful condo that we stayed at. It was Trails End unit #406.  This condo was recently renovated and had all of the features one would want, including flat screen TVs in both rooms, great WiFi, modern kitchen, great fireplace and balcony with a view of the mountain. The Trail Ends complex is ski in ski out and only 100 feet or so from the Peak 9 main lift. It's also a short walk to the Village area at the base of Peak 9 as well as town. There is nice outdoor hot tub as well as indoor spa facilities. Overall, I highly recommend this unit to both individuals and families. “ ~ Jacob F. NY, New York.
