One Ski Hill Place is a slope side resort operating year round at the base of Peak 8 just steps from Breck’s famous ski runs. The BreckConnect gondola whisks you into town or to the adjoining ski slopes. Peak 8 accesses Green, Blue and Black runs. We are very excited to give our guests the opportunity to rent this unit as very few are listed on VRBO. Better yet, we do not charge the 13.5% Resort Fee as booking directly through the resort. You still have access to the amenities.. This is a luxury property of Breckenridge and the experience all encompassing. My husband and I also own four condos at the Village at Breckenridge and Trails End . One Ski Hill Place is a mere 5 minute drive from the Town of Breckenridge allowing for the the best of both a ski village and a ski town.

“This stay had everything we needed and was super clean as well. Both bathrooms are quite large, the kitchen had good pots and pans as well as good quality glasses/wine glasses, clean keurig/coffee maker/electric kettle. Plenty of towels, paper goods, tissues. The furniture was in great shape and clean. Loved the tv in the bedroom after a day of hiking. The balcony is lovely with phenomenal views and the building is the perfect location for resort activities. We enjoyed complimentary bowling and the folks working behind the front desk were super helpful for finding local hikes. The parking is very safe and was happy that it was underground. The biggest bonus was that it was quiet and had AC! Would stay again for sure!”

“We have been coming up to Breck for our kids ski team and this was our 10th weekend of the season staying in different locations near the mountain. This was our first time at peak 8 and the property was by far the best we have stayed at based on location and amenities. Being right at the base of the mountain with a ski valet and parking so convenient it was best in class. The spa, pool, and sauna’s were the best we have been to in Breck and was not crowded at all even with a busy weekend. It is a bit more expensive but happy to say was worth the extra money spent. One thing to keep in mind was the check in is at the office downtown not at the property but was only a quick drive to pick the keys up and they were nice enough to get us in earlier than we were expecting. Would definitely stay there again and totally forgot there is a private bowling alley we got for the family that was included. Just reserve when you check in!”

“Great location adjacent to the ski lift and gondola, perfect if you don’t have a car. The unit was as described, comfortable and very quiet despite overlooking the road. The balcony was a nice spot to relax in the afternoon and the AC was a great premium not offered by many other rentals in the area. Would definitely recommend, we really enjoyed our stay. We had no issues during our stay and Tanya was super quick to respond to one item that I inquired about.”

We visit Breck every summer and this was our first time staying on the mountain (we usually stay closer to town). We really liked this location and with such easy access to the gondola (literally less than a 2 minute walk from the condo) it was perfect. One Ski Hill is a beautiful property and at the center of activity for Peak 8. Parking was a breeze with easy in/out of the garage. The condo faces Ski Hill Road towards town, which provided some very scenic sunrises and sunsets right on the balcony. I highly recommend this condo for anyone looking for a nice condo in a great location.

We had a fantastic stay in this beautifully appointed condo. The description and pictures are spot on. The patio was perfect for lounging with a drink in the afternoon. We found a trailhead less than a mile from the property. It would be great to include that info for future guests. We would stay again in a heartbeat and are sure the property is even more amazing during a typical season. People did a great job following posted health guidelines on property and we felt good about the precautions put in place.

We brought our two boys (9 and 10) and we quickly knew we made the right choice. This property is literally in the center of fun for our boys. To have the epic discovery center in our backyard was so nice but to have access to a private bowling alley (which we used twice) and the gondolas to take you right into downtown...perfection! Not to mention indoor pool and hot tub making a perfect family night cap.
The property management company made everything completely painless and communication with owner was prompt.
The unit was a perfect size, two bathrooms is a huge plus. Full kitchen, garage parking, amazing views all helped to make this a wonderful experience.
We will book again next July and we will stay at this unit...no question.

One Ski Hill is a beautiful resort and we loved staying here for our wedding weekend! Tanya was an exceptional host who responded quickly, provided great tips for Breckenridge, and was super understanding when we booked one of our dates incorrectly. We visit Breck often during Ski season but being at this location in the summer was just as lovely!

Fantastic condo with a perfect location to the slopes and amazing amentities. The outdoor hot tub was awesome and the indoor ones were very nice. We also loved the saunas and the bowling alley.
