Directions and Check In Instructions for Keys (for One Ski Hill Place condos only).

Please check regarding your specific condo instructions. Some you can go directly to the condo with a door lock code (Trails End) or digital keys (Village at Breckenridge).

One Ski Hill Place you must pick up your keys first at PMI Lock Box.

PMI Breck is our local management company and your emergency contact during your stay.

From I-70 take exit 203 South (CO-9) for about 8 miles. Continue through the traffic circles to stay straight on Hwy 9 and stay in the left-hand lane where Hwy 9 splits in Breckenridge.

They are on the left upstairs. For better parking you may also turn left at Wellington Rd. and then right into the alley. Go about ½ way down the block and park. There is one-hour customer parking on the right. Go into the shopping area and you will find us on that level near the street side of the shopping center. If you have mobility issues, please call ahead for assistance as there are a few steps. The lock box is by the door.

Guests may pick up their keys after 4PM at the lock box outside their office unless an earlier time has been agreed upon prior.
The Box is outside the door. Arrival Instructions will be texted 14 days prior and the code to the lock box/condo the morning of arrival.

Earlier check ins must have prior approval and cannot be guaranteed. Later stays will be subject to a late check out fee.
